Although decent-ish broadband can be delivered to your home over existing copper telephone lines it’s barely adequate for today’s needs. Superfast, Ultrafast and Hyperfast broadband is delivered via fibre optic cables and is meant to be much faster. However, if that fibre cable only reaches the cabinet at the end of your road and not to your front door, you will suffer slower loading times, online TV buffering and frustrating gaming lag.

1. Shout Out

First of all, check to see if we are available in or near to your street already! Check Availability

If we're not then we need you to raise your hand and let us know that you’re interested.

If 30% of your community to let us know that they want in on the hyper-fast revolution, we’re there!

2. Launch Party

Once there is enough interest in the community we’ll try to hold a community launch party! (Guidelines Permitting)

The launch party is free to attend and will be held in a local community space.

Remember, by registering your interest your local community space will get free hyper-fast access as a bonus.

3. Registration Time

Once we commence our build you will be able place your pre-order for hyper-fast services.

We simply use your information to know where in the community to start the fibre build.

You can also register online via the check availability page, speak to us over the phone or with a team member working in your community.

4. Survey and Build

You’ll see our hyper-fast handymen in your community and on your street planning and installing the fibre optic cables.

5. Book Installation

Once your street is connected to our hyper-fast network, getting you connected to the hyper-fast revolution is our main priority.

Our team will contact everyone who has registered for the fibre service to book an installation appointment.

You can access support via one of our many contact methods to ask any questions about your appointment.

6. Installation Day

The moment has arrived! Our team will arrive at your property for your allocated installation appointment.

During the appointment the cable will be brought directly from the street and into your home. You will agree where to have your connection point and new hyper-fast router and we’ll connect your first device to ensure your service is working effectively.

Here are some of the common questions our customers ask us.
You can upgrade or downgrade your service anytime. You can do this by accessing your personal online account area.
Upgrades are limited once per 24hour period and you cannot downgrade below your initail starting package for your contractual period.
InternetTY offers a 30 day minimum speed guarantee of 100Mbps delivered to your router.

This is tested from the router via Ethernet cable using an approved speedtest service..
By default InternetTY doesn't provide you with a phone service. However if you opt for voice you should be able to bring your all-important number to us without a problem.
InternetTY offers an inclusive calls package detailed on each of our products. The call package includes unlimited anytime calls to UK Major Mobile (07) and UK Landline (01/02/03) Numbers.
Connection points are usually installed within ten meters of the cable entry point (commonly near your front door).

If you want your connection point placing in a specific place you will need to speak to our team who will test the suitability. Please note that there could be a small fee involved to do this.
That’s not a problem, get in touch with our team to discuss your options.

We do ask for an extra contractual commitment.
Average speeds are achieved by 50% of users on InternetTY packages.
900Mb speed is not achievable by a single device over wifi. For this speed a wired connection is required.
InternetTY is a registered supplier of the Gigabit Broadband Voucher Scheme (GBVS) and the Rural Gigabit Connectivity (RGC). Qualifying rural business can get up to £3,500 and Qualifying rural home users can get up to £1,500.
